Dans ce cadre l&rsquo;IFI a propos\u00e9 une formation en p\u00e2tisserie pour les corps enseignants et \u00e9tudiants indon\u00e9siens, dispens\u00e9e par un Chef p\u00e2tissier du Cordon Bleu. Le Cordon Bleu est un r\u00e9seau international d&rsquo;instituts d&rsquo;arts culinaires et h\u00f4teliers, bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris, et participant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements internationaux.<\/p>\n<p>Le Chef Fabrice Danniel, directeur adjoint du programme d\u2019Arts culinaires du Cordon Bleu Paris, a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 par l\u2019IFI \u00e0 se rendre sur place pour r\u00e9aliser des d\u00e9monstrations de p\u00e2tisserie.<\/p>\n<p>Le mercredi 8 f\u00e9vrier, la d\u00e9monstration a eu lieu \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Podomoro, pour 16 professeurs d\u2019Arts Culinaires de Podomoro, Bina Nusantara University, STP Trisakti, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Universitas Pelita Harapan, Politeknik Sahid, Pradita University. La session de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi a permis de rassembler 180 \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Bali, au sein du Politeknik Pariwisata Bali.
