We will hold a private dining in collaboration with Institut Français Indonesia - Bandung which is collaborating with French chef Simon Baudoin and will be served with food security standard and cook with French heritage

Here it is, a magnificent menu to be served by Simon Baudoin, a fresh starter,
An evocative main course, and a melted dessert. The menu will be cooked and processed correctly using indigenous Indonesian ingredients that have been selected with the standard based on the issue of food security
 
starter : fresh salad for Lembang gardens, composed with roasted pumpkin chunks , mix with cherry tomatoes, roasted cajou nuts and pumpkin seeds, drizzle in honey and mustard vinaigrette. served with delicious micro herbs. 
 
main course : red snapper filet pan seared in butter , seasoned with salt and white pepper and a dash of olive oil, it will be served with garlic baby potatoes , steamed asparagus, carot and cinamon puree. the skin is served crispy and a coriander salad will top it up with a tumeric dentelle 
 
dessert : delicious grilled pineapple from subang, cut in half, served with a vibrant lychee sorbet, mix red berries such as blackberry, blueberry and raspberry. The red fruit sauce is composed of the same berries.
 
We work with local farmers, for the fresh food.
